Section 3 in The Revised Rules for the Award of Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship by the Government of Rajasthan to Rajasthani Students Studying in Sainik School, Chittorgarh
3. Eligibility of candidates for the award of scholarships.
- A student shall be deemed to belong to Rajasthan if he satisfies any of the following conditions:-(a)His ancestral home is in Rajasthan.(b)He was born in Rajasthan and has lived in the State upto the date of application.(c)His father was born in Rajasthan and has lived in the State for the major portion of his life.(d)He or his father/guardian has lived in Rajasthan continuously for at least seven years prior to the date of application.
