Section 8(b) in The Haryana Mechanical Vehicles (Bridge Tolls) Rules, 1975
(b)receive, between the hours of 4 and 5 in the afternoon daily, the entire amount of toll collected during the preceding 24 hours from the Toll Inspector on duty after signing the relevant column of the cash register.
