Section 46(1) in The Nalanda Open University Act, 1995
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act and Statutes, the Bihar State University (Constituent College) Service Commission shall perform the same functions, to the extent possible, in the matter of appointments to the posts of teachers and officers of the University (other than the Vice-Chancellor and the Pro-Vice-Chancellor) as are entrusted to it.
