Section 21(2) in The Bangalore Metro Railway (General) Rules, 2011
(2)The Traffic Controller shall check his indications and if he is satisfied that there is no train ahead, he may instruct the train operator to proceed in Run On Sight mode exercising utmost vigilance so that he may stop short of any obstruction.
