88. Validity of the special resolution.
(1)Allotment pursuant to the special resolution referred to in clause (a) of regulation 82 shall be completed within a period of twelve months from the date of passing of the resolution.(2)The issuer shall not make subsequent qualified institutions placement until expiry of six months from the date of the prior qualified institutions placement made pursuant to one or more special resolutions.
