Section 69(1) in The Coal Mines Provident Fund Scheme
(1)The Commissioner shall furnish [a copy of duplicate pass book or a copy of annual report] [Substituted vide G.S.R. No. 513 dated 16.7.83.] of the Fund to any member on written application on payment of such fees and subject to such conditions as may be specified by Board in this behalf.
