Section 38(2) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(2)The Registrar shall be a whole-time resident and salaried officer of the University. The terms and conditions of the service of the Registrar shall be such as may be prescribed by the Act, its Statutes, its Ordinances or as decided by the Chancellor.
