Respondents No.5,6,7 to 9, 11,12, 14(a), 14(b) and 15 to 20 already ex parte vide order dated 13.09.2022.
Earlier, Mr. Sunil Mohan Goel, Advocate, represented me in a writ petition filed by Mr. Purender Vaidya and, therefore, it will be embarrassing for me to hear the present matter.
In the aforesaid background, it would be appropriate to list this matter before another Bench after obtaining necessary permission from Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
