(2)The Research and Innovation Council shall consist of the following, namely:-(i)The Vice- Chancellor - Chairperson(ii)The Pro Vice-Chancellor – Member(iii)The Dean of Research – Secretary(iv)Head of the Department of Innovation – Member(v)Deans of all Faculties - Members(vi)Such other members as may be specified in the Statutes
