46. Repeal and saving.
(1)The Utkal University of Culture Ordinance, 1999 (Orissa Ordinance 1 of 1999) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under of the Ordinance so repealed shall he deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
