Section 4(2)(b) in Bihar State Universities (Patna, University of Bihar, Bhagalpur and Ranchi) Act, 1960

(b)Are teaches, librarians and laboratory assistants in educational institutions or any other persons under such conditions as may be prescribed in the Statutes, the Ordinances and the Regulations and shall have passed the examination of the University, under like conditions ; or
