Section 5(1) in The Rajasthan Homoeopathic Medicine Board (Recognition for the Purposes of Affiliation) Regulations, 1973
(1)On receipt of the report of the panel, the application for affiliation will be considered and decided by the Board in the light of the report submitted by the panel. The decision so taken by the Board will be communicated to the institution concerned by the Registrar as soon as possible.
