Section 8(1) in Kerala Recognition of Trade Unions Rules, 2011
(1)The Registrar shall, after complying with the procedure prescribed in section 5 and rules 5 to 7, grant a certificate for recognition in Form D within fifteen days from the date of receipt of application in case there is only one applicant.
