Section 10(10) in Haryana State Central Co-operative Bank's Staff Service (Common Cadre) Rules, 1975
10.2(i)An employee who passes part I of C.A.I.I.B. Examination shall be allowed one advance increment in the usual pay-scale.(ii)An employee who passes part II of C.A.I.I.B. Exam shall be allowed one more advance increment in his own pay-scale.(iii)For additional qualifications, Board shall be competent to allow advance increment as per Government instructions from time to time.
