(1)A Kuladhisachiv shall be appointed by the Executive Council on the recommendation of Kulpati. if the Executive Council does not accept the recommendation of Kulpati the matter shall be referred to Kuladhipati whose decision thereon shall be final. First Kuladhisachiv shall be appointed by Kulpati after consultation with the State Government.
