(b)A responsible person for structural frame and form work-(i)inspects and examines the material, timber, structural steel and scaffolding for its strength and suitability before being taken into use;(ii)lays-down procedures to cover all stages of such structural frame and form work;(iii)supervises such structural frame and form work;(iv)[take all necessary steps or measures to correct any situation with a view to prevent accident or dangerous occurrence during performances of such structural frame and form work that] [Ed. : Since the matter is not clear in the Gazette, the Hindi version is being reproduced below :-].
