Section 40(1) in The Rajasthan Zamindari and Biswedari Abolition Rules, 1959
(1)The Collector of the district or the Sub-Divisional Officer at the district headquarters if empowered in this behalf by the Collector, shall verify the stock at the end of each month and record a certificate in his own handwriting in the said register Form XV (Form XV).
