Section 81(b) in Regulations Under the U.P. Intermediate Education Act, 1921
(b)The District Inspector/Regional Inspectress after checking the account and keeping necessary record thereof shall forward the Provident Fund Account Pass Book of the employee to him within three weeks of the date of its receipt ftom the management.
