Section 48 in Manipal University, Jaipur Act, 2011
48. Repeal and savings.
(1)The Manipal International University, Jaipur Ordinance, 2011 (Ordinance No. 06 of 2011) and the Manipal International University, Jaipur (Change of Name) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2011 (Ordinance No. 09 of 2011) are hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, all things done, actions taken or orders made under the Manipal International University. Jaipur Ordinance, 2011 (Ordinance No. 06 of 2011) as amended by the Manipal International University, Jaipur (Change of Name) (Amendment) Ordinance. 2011 (Ordinance No. 09 of 2011) shall be deemed to have been done, taken or made under this Act.
