37. Protection of action taken in good faith.
(1)No suit, prosecution or legal proceedings shall lie against any public servant or any other person, acting under the direction of any such public servant, for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any rule or order made there under.(2)No suit, prosecution or legal proceedings shall lie against the Government for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rules or order made there under.
