Section 37(1) in Gujarat Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2019
(1)No suit, prosecution or legal proceedings shall lie against any public servant or any other person, acting under the direction of any such public servant, for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any rule or order made there under.
