Section 10(3) in Chhattisgarh Panchayat Samvida Shala Shikshak (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2004
(3)If a Samvida Shala Shikshak does not require the qualification of B.Ed., or D.Ed., within two years of first appointment to the post of Samvida Shala Shikshak, then such a person shall not be eligible lo be reappointed to the post of Samvida Shala Shikshak.
