53. Travelling Allowance for attending Meetings.
- Every member of the Council, including the President and the Vice-Presidents, shall be paid travelling expenses for attending the meetings of the Council, as follows:-(1)Members who are Government servants may draw travelling and daily allowances which they may be entitled to claim for travelling on official duties according to their grade pay under The Gujarat Civil Services (General Conditions of Services) Rules, 2002.(2)Non-Official members shall draw travelling allowance and daily allowance in accordance with The Gujarat Civil Services (General Conditions of Services) Rules, 2002.
