Section 30(1) in United Bank of India (Employees') Pension Regulations, 1995
(1)Invalid pension may be granted to an employee who, -(a)has rendered minimum ten years of service; and(b)retires from the service on or after the 1stday of November 1993 on account of any bodily or mental infirmity, which permanently incapacitates him for the service.
