Section 11(1) in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Election Rules, 2003
(1)For conduct of election to fill the offices of members of the Territorial Constituencies and Presidents of Water Users Associations, the Collector shall notify the schedule of election for the Farmers' Organisation. The notification shall specify the date on which the notice of election shall be published and other details regarding election Schedules. The notification shall be in Form-1.
