11. Notification of programme of election.
(1)For conduct of election to fill the offices of members of the Territorial Constituencies and Presidents of Water Users Associations, the Collector shall notify the schedule of election for the Farmers' Organisation. The notification shall specify the date on which the notice of election shall be published and other details regarding election Schedules. The notification shall be in Form-1.(2)The notification referred to in the sub-rule (1) shall, in case of election to the offices of the Presidents of Water Users Associations and members of Territorial Constituencies of Water Users Associations, be published in the concerned District Gazette.
