Section 15 in The Karnataka Parks, Play-Fields And Open Spaces (Preservation and Regulation) Act, 1985
15. Repeal and Savings.
(1)The Karnataka Parks, Play fields and Open spaces (Preservation and Regulation) Ordinance, 1984 (Karnataka Ordinance No. 19 of 1984) is hereby repealed,(2)Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
