Section 29(1) in Gujarat Gas (Regulation of Transmission, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2001
(1)(a)Any dispute arising between a specified company and a licensee or between licensees or between a person who supplies by gas and a person who buys gas from him, shall be referred to the Authority.(b)The Authority may adjudicate the matter or nominate a person to adjudicate and settle such dispute.(c)The procedure to be followed in connection with such adjudication shall be such as may be prescribed by the regulations.
