Section 29(1)(a) in Gujarat Gas (Regulation of Transmission, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2001

(a)Any dispute arising between a specified company and a licensee or between licensees or between a person who supplies by gas and a person who buys gas from him, shall be referred to the Authority.
