Section 6(1)(d) in The Greater Noida Industrial Development Area Building Regulations, 1992

(d)the position of the building which the applicant intends to erect upon his land referred to in sub-clause (a) in relation to-

(i)all adjacent streets and buildings within a distance of fifteen metres of the site of such land;

(ii)if there is no street within a distance of fifteen metres of the site, the nearest existing street;
