168. Procedure regarding the disposal of appeal by the Co-operative Tribunal.
(1)The proceedings of a Co-operative Tribunal shall be summary and shall be governed, as far as practicable, by the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Central Act V of 1908).(2)The fees payable in respect of every appeal to the Co-operative Tribunal and for other processes shall be at the rates specified in Schedule III.
