Section 25(i) in U.P. Jail Executive Subordinate (Non-Gazetted) Service Rules, 1980
(i)the first efficiency bar unless he has knowledge of the Prison Act and the relevant rules, his work and conduct are found to be satisfactory and unless his integrity is certified, and
