Section 58 in University of Udaipur Teachers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
58. Leave on half pay.
- (i) A teacher shall earn leave on half pay at the rate of 20 days for each completed year of service.(ii)Commuted leave, on the grounds of the illness of a teacher on production of medical certificate not exceeding half the amount of half pay.leave due may be granted, which shall be limited, to a maximum of 240 days in whole service period.(iii)When the commuted leave is granted, twice the amount of such leave shall be debited against the half pay leave due.
