Section 30(1) in Telangana Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) Act, 1973
(1)The Andhra Pradesh Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings Act, 1961, (Act X of 1961). is hereby repealed and all preceedings pending thereunder shall abate:Provided that where any land surrendered has been taken over on payment of compensation under that Act the proceedings shall be continued in respect of such land under that Act, as if this Act had not been passed.
