Section 30 in Telangana Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) Act, 1973
30. Repeals.
(1)The Andhra Pradesh Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings Act, 1961, (Act X of 1961). is hereby repealed and all preceedings pending thereunder shall abate:Provided that where any land surrendered has been taken over on payment of compensation under that Act the proceedings shall be continued in respect of such land under that Act, as if this Act had not been passed.(2)The Andhra Pradesh Agricultural Lands (Prohibition of Alienation) Act, 1972 (Act 13 of 1972). is hereby repealed.First Schedule(See section 5).Classification of Lands.
