Section 6(1) in The Karnataka State Rural Development and Panchayat Raj University Act, 2016
(1)All teaching in connection with the degrees, diplomas and certificates of the University shall be conducted, under the control of the Vice Chancellor, by the teachers of the Schools in accordance with the syllabus prescribed by the regulations.
