Section 6 in Sikkim Urban and Regional Planning and Development Act, 1998
6. Meeting of the Board.
(1)The Board shall meet at such times and places, not less than twice in a calendar year and shall observe such procedure as may be prescribed in regard to the transaction of its business at such meetings;(2)The Chairperson or in his absence the Vice-Chairperson or in the absence of both, any member chosen by the members present from amongst themselves shall preside at a meeting of the Board.
