Section 195(3)(b) in The Mizoram Autonomous District Council (Constitution and Conduct of Business of the District Councils) Rules, 1974

(b)by any person whomsoever for himself or any other person for voting or refraining from voting, or for inducing or attempting to induce any elector to vote or refrain from voting or any candidate to withdraw his candidature. For the purpose of this clause the term "gratification" has the same meaning as it has for the purpose of Clause (1) of Rule 194.
