Section 32(1) in Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority (Conditions of service of the Officers and other Employees) Regulations, 2016
(1)Official visits abroad by Officer of the Authority shall be undertaken with the prior approval of the Chairperson of the Authority or any other Member or Officer of the Authority authorised by the Chairperson.
