Section 4(2) in The Vegetable Oil Products Control Order, 1947
(2)Every producer shall, furnish the Controller with such details regarding,-(a)the quantities and varieties of vegetable oil products manufactured by him; and(b)the ingredients used in their manufacture and the sources from which the ingredients are obtained, as the Controller may require.
