13. Gratuity.
- The Gratuity will be paid as per the provisions of the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 (central Act 39 of 1972). In order to facilitate the timely disbursement of the gratuity, Tamil Nadu co-operative sugar Federation shall maintain a corpus for common cadre Employees and proportionate contribution from the mills will be pooled into the corpus.
