Section 8 in Tamil Nadu Cooperative Sugar Mills Managerial Common Cadre System Rules, 2018

8. Cadre Strength.

- Cadre Strength for each category of Common Cadre Employees is fixed assuring 100% crushing capacity of the mills and shall be as follows, namely:-

The post of Labour Welfare Officer will be filled based on the provisions contained in Labour Laws.Cadre Strength shall be filled only if at least 60% of capacity of the Mills is utilised for 3 consecutive years.
