Section 3(1) in The Orissa Forest Rest House Occupation Rules, 1983
(1)Forest Rest Houses are mainly intended for the accommodation of the Gazetted Officers of the Forest Department on tour. Such officers of Forest Department have prior right of reservation and occupation at all time of Forest Rest Houses.
