Section 4(1) in The West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences Act, 1995
(1)On and from the appointed day, no new college or institution imparting instruction in veterinary and animal sciences, fishery sciences, dairy technology or allied sciences shall be established except as a college affiliated to the University.
