Section 24 in Bhagwant Global University Act, 2016
24. The Finance Committee.
(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of:(a)The Chancellor Chairman;(b)The Finance Officer Secretary;(c)Such other members as may be prescribed in the Statutes;(d)One External Finance Expert nominated by Chancellor.(2)The Finance Committee shall be the principal financial body of the University to take care of financial matters and shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, Rules, Statutes, Coordinate and exercise general supervision over the financial matters of the University.(3)The powers and functions of the Finance Committee shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
