(2)The Dean to appoint under sub-section (1) shall be a whole time salaried officer :Provided that the Executive Council may, if it is considered necessary, appoint, on the recommendation of the Kulpati, a teacher, not below the rank of a Reader, to discharge the duties of the Dean of Student's Welfare in addition to his duties as such teacher, and in such a case, the Executive Council may sanction a suitable allowance to be paid to him.
