Section 14 in The Garo Hills Cotton Jute and Ginger Trade Regulation, 1980
14. Constitution of the Association.
(1)The District Council shall cause an Association to be formed with the Headquarter at Tura.(2)The name of the Association shall be "The Garo Hills Cotton, Jute and Ginger Growers' Association" hereinafter called the "Growers' Association".
