Section 57(1) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1984
(1)The Head of office after ascertaining and assessing the Commission lies as in Regulation 65, shall furnish the particular thereof to the Director (Administration) at least ten months before the date of retirement of the employee of the Commission so that the dues are referred out of the gratuity before its payment is athorised.
