Section 12(2) in The Rajasthan Financial Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1958
(2)Except as otherwise provided by the Board at the time of his re-employment, these Regulations shall apply to a person is reemployed in the Corporation's service as if he has entered the service for the first time on the date of his re-employment.
