Section 8 in Delhi Legal Services Authority Regulations,2002
8. Expenditure for the meeting
(a)The Member Secretary is authorized to spend an amount not exceeding Rs. 1500/- (One thousand and five hundred rupees only) for the meeting of the State Authority from out of the State Legal Aid Fund.(b)The Member Secretary may sanction an amount not exceeding Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) for each meeting of the High Court Committee on the requisition of the Secretary of the Committee.(c)The Member Secretary may sanction an amount not exceeding Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five Hundred Only) for each meeting of the District Authority on the requisition of the Secretary of the Committee.
